In the photos, actress Samyuktha Menon is seen dressed up in a dark blue cotton kurta. She teamed it with black pants and a red and white printed dupatta. She chose no makeup and completed her look with a matching neckpiece. She is seen wearing a tikka on her forehead.

The pictures went viral in no time. The Kamakhya Temple is one of the oldest and most revered centres of Tantric practices. It is dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya. The temple is the centre of the Kulachara Tantra Marga and the site of the Ambubachi Mela, an annual festival that celebrates the menstruation of the goddess.
