Although she has yet to share glimpses of her celebration, social media users discovered that her Instagram handle was flooded with an outpour of greetings on the special day. From the actress’ Citadel: Honey Boney co-star Varun Dhawan to Ram Charan, Kriti Kharbanda, Vijay Deverakonda and more, a multitude of celebrities wished the Shaakuntalam star a Happy Birthday. Joining the bandwagon was Ananya Panday. Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Ananya Panday have yet to join hands for a film, but the two divas seem to share a friendly camaraderie.

Sharing a selfie of Samantha Ruth Prabhu on her Instagram Stories, Ananya Panday penned a sweet note that read, “Happiest birthday loveliest Sam. Everything about you is beautiful.” She also added a red heart emoji to the post. Samantha looked gorgeous in the sunkissed click, her blemish-free skin on display. She wore a blue outfit and styled it with a dainty multi-tiered necklace. Her short crimson tresses were left open. Re-sharing the photograph on her Instagram stories, the Yashoda actress wrote, “Thank you Ananya”.

Last year on Ananya Panday’s 25th birthday, Samantha Ruth Prabhu made sure to make the day of her industry friend a tad more special. She dropped a glamorous picture of the Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actress, decked up in a red ensemble, on her Instagram Stories. Along with the post, Samantha wrote, “Happy Birthday beautiful. Wishing you the best birthday. God Bless.”

On the work front, Ananya Panday has collaborated with director Collin D’Cunha for her upcoming debut OTT web series titled Call Me Bae. The coming-of-age drama revolves around a billionaire fashionista who embarks on a journey of self-discovery after her family disowns their daughter when she gets involved in a scandal. Call Me Bae is confirmed to premiere on Prime Video, sometime in the latter half of 2024.

Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has a couple of projects lined up in her pipeline. She will next be seen in Raj and DK’s Citadel: Honey Boney — the Indian adaptation of a spy action series by the Russo Brothers. Samantha has also donned the producer’s hat for the first time in the upcoming film Bangaram.
