Telugu superstar Jr NTR was spotted having dinner with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar and Saba Azad on Sunday night. The RRR actor has been in Mumbai for a few days now, reportedly filming for War 2 with Hrithik. On Sunday, paparazzi shared several videos on Instagram to show that the stars were seen together in Mumbai. In one of the videos, Ranbir was seen arriving at the dinner venue with Alia and Karan by his side.

In another video, Hrithik reached the location with his lady love Saba Azad by his side. The actor held her close as the cameras surrounded them for pictures. Jr NTR also arrived at the spot with his wife, Lakshmi Pranathi, by his side. The actors and filmmaker opted for casual outfits to beat the Mumbai summer heat. The actors coming together left fans thrilled.

This is the first time since RRR that Alia and Jr NTR were spotted. This is also the first time that Karan and Jr NTR were spotted since Karan announced he will has got the north theatrical distribution rights for Tarak’s Devara.

About War 2:

Although it has not been officially announced, YRF’s War 2 has been in the making since last year. Rumoured to be directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. The film also reportedly stars Kiara Advani. While a lot of the plot details are still under the wraps, it was recently reported that the film will feature an epic dance song starring Hrithik and Jr NTR.

“The two male leads will be seen dancing to a catchy song. It is composed by Pritam and is considered to be one of the biggest highlights of the film,” a source told Bollywood Hungama. “Both Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR are known for their dance moves. Interestingly, both were recently seen in two hero films – Hrithik in War and Jr NTR in RRR. Both films had two hero dance numbers that were unanimously loved (Jr NTR shook a leg with Ram Charan in the Oscar-winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’). For War 2, they both come together and hence, one can expect fireworks on the big screen during their number. It’ll be like ‘Jai Jai Shivshankar’ meeting ‘Naatu Naatu’!” the source added.

It is also claimed that Aditya Chopra and Ayan want War 2 to ‘not just an actioner but it’s a wholesome entertainer and songs will play a big role in not just selling the film but also taking the story forward.’
