Vijay and Ajith Kumar had appeared alongside each other in the 1995 film Rajavin Parvaiyile.

If any two actors in Tamil cinema, from the generation following that of Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have achieved significant stardom comparable to the two stalwarts, they are arguably Thalapathy Vijay and Ajith Kumar. These two actors, who started their careers as leads in the mid-90s have now become two of the biggest names in Tamil cinema and often share a healthy professional rivalry. Their respective fandom is often at loggerheads with each other, more so when films of the two stars clash at the box office. Having said that, some people are fans of both of them and would love to see them share the screen.

Vijay and Ajith Kumar had appeared alongside each other in the 1995 film Rajavin Parvaiyile but both were struggling actors at that time and had not yet attained their superstardom. Many fans want to see them both sharing screens, in their current status as Tamil superstars. While having them both together in a film would possibly be one of the biggest films in Tamil cinema and without doubt a costly affair, artificial intelligence (AI) has done the same for free.

A video has been doing the rounds on the internet where Ajith Kumar has been digitally added by AI to the song Arabic Kuthu from Beast alongside Vijay. The resultant video shows both Vijay and Ajith Kumar shaking a leg together to the song. Although we know it is a fan-made video using AI technology, it still makes an interesting watch for both the stars’ fans.

Vijay has recently formed his political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam and announced his decision to retire from acting to pursue a political career after finishing his pending projects. He will be appearing in GOAT and one more film after it. Meanwhile, Ajith Kumar is gearing up for his next venture, VidaaMuyarchi. In addition, Mythri Movie Makers have revealed a collaboration with the actor on his next film, Good Bad Ugly, formerly known as AK63.
