Sukumar spoke about his admiration for Suhas.

Suhas stated that he had to reject some good projects as he was busy filming Prasanna Vadanam.

The upcoming film, Prasanna Vadanam, has already taken the headlines with its recent teaser and song release. The film is set to star Suhas in the leading role alongside Rashi Singh and Payal Radhakrishna. Directed by Arjun YK, the film is jointly produced by Manikanta J S and Prasad Reddy TR. The teaser and the song soon went viral; fans were seen waiting for the first look of the film. The movie is set to hit the theatres on May 3. The crew of the film revealed the teaser and the songs in a pre-release event, which was attended by well-known director Sukumar as chief guest, along with others like Buchi Babu, Karthik Dandu, Srinivas Avasarala and Prasanna.

While talking at the pre-release event, Sukumar spoke about his admiration for the lead actor of the film. He stated, “I am a big fan of Suhas’s work. He is very dear to me. Earlier I thought of casting him in the role of Kesava, beside Allu Arjun in the film Pushpa; but we got to know that he is playing the main role in a movie and it wouldn’t have been nice approaching him for a supportive role while he is playing a lead role. His acting looks natural and the role of hero in this film will perfectly suit him. He completely gets immersed in his characters which I love most about him.”

In the event, Suhas stated that he had to reject some good projects as he was busy filming Prasanna Vadanam. He praised the producers of the film for the passion they have shown; he thanked them for giving him the opportunity to be a part of Prasanna Vadanam. He further mentioned that though the director of the film, Arjun, faced various difficulties while making the film he successfully managed everything and kept the shoot running.

Suhas is known for his works like HIT: The 2nd Case, Majili and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. Some of Suhas’ other upcoming works are Cable Reddy, Uppu Kappurambu and Anandrao Adventures.
