Salman Khan’s apartment was shot at in the wee hours of Sunday.

As per reports, Salman Khan is all set to return to work after the recent shooting incident outside his apartment.

Following the gun-firing incident, Salman Khan has underscored his resilience by diligently maintaining his schedule of professional commitments. He and his family have chosen not to publicly respond, aiming to avoid granting the aggressors the attention they seek. According to a report by India Today, Salman is determined to continue his work uninterrupted.

His primary focus remains on fulfilling his work obligations as previously planned, intentionally overlooking the individuals responsible for the shooting. Believing that acknowledging them would only satisfy their objectives, he has advised his friends and colleagues in the film industry to remain calm and discouraged them from visiting his residence at Galaxy Apartments to avoid disturbing his neighbors

An India Today source revealed, “Salman is very much focused on going about his work as planned earlier. He doesn’t want to give attention to those behind this firing incident because he feels that is exactly what they want. Instead, he has asked friends and actors from the industry not to worry. Further, he also asked them not to make any visits to Galaxy Apartments as it is getting inconvenient for other members of the society as well.”

Salman’s father, Salim Khan, in a conversation with News 18 Showsha, emphasized the pursuit of publicity by the assailants and reassured that there was no cause for alarm.

The backdrop to this narrative is the shooting incident on April 14, during which three gunshots were fired outside of Salman’s residence, prompting swift action from the Mumbai police. The safety of the actor was a priority, confirmed through a reassurance call from Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Local politician Baba Siddiqui made a visit to Salman’s home, while Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi—who has previously issued threats to Salman and now claims responsibility for the attack—asserted the motive was to retaliate for the alleged blackbuck poaching incident.

On the professional front, Salman was last seen in ‘Tiger 3,’ alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, and he has recently announced a collaborative project with Sajid Nadiadwala titled :Sikandar,’ set to be directed by AR Murugadoss, with an Eid 2025 release planned. Additionally, there is anticipation around YRF’s ‘Tiger VS Pathaan,’ featuring Shah Rukh Khan, pending official announcement.
